Your tasting begins with a curated flight of four Coppola wines, accompanied by house-made Mediterranean-inspired dips that enhance and contrast a spectrum of flavors—bright, bold, savory and sweet. Each combination reveals something new, reminding us that wine is meant to be explored, shared and enjoyed.

The Spotlight Series

Step into the spotlight and experience wine from a new perspective. Offered one weekend each month, this rotating series features four distinct tasting experiences—each designed to highlight a different dimension of wine, from terroir and technique to sensory exploration and winemaking.

Whether you’re diving deep into a single varietal, exploring the story behind Sonoma County’s most expressive vineyards, testing your palate through blind tasting, or stepping into the role of the winemaker, each experience offers a unique and engaging way to go beyond the glass.

A hands-on sensory challenge where guests taste a curated lineup of mystery wines—no labels, no hints. Learn to identify key aromas, flavors, and structural elements that reveal each wine’s identity.

A focused, guided exploration of a single varietal across three expressions—California, Sonoma County, and a single-vineyard bottling. Discover how terroir shapes style, structure, and character, with a new varietal featured each month.

A playful, interactive experience where you’ll taste variations of the same wine and share your preferences—offering a rare opportunity to help shape a final blend alongside our winemaking team.

An immersive journey through Sonoma County’s AVAs and vineyards. Taste our Reserve wines while exploring how climate, soil, and terrain influence each bottle, brought to life through maps, vineyard photography, and soil samples.
