Sip, Dip & Savor: A Wine and Flavor Exploration

Sip, Dip, & Savor

Join us for Sip, Dip & Savor, an interactive tasting experience at Francis Ford Coppola Winery where wine meets flavor in unexpected ways. This guided journey invites you to explore, experiment, and uncover unique combinations that delight the senses.

Your tasting begins with a curated flight of four Coppola wines, accompanied by house-made Mediterranean-inspired dips that enhance and contrast a spectrum of flavors—bright, bold, savory, and sweet. Explore how different elements come together, creating new and unexpected tasting experiences with every combination.

Main Floor Tasting Bar

Join us for a relaxed tasting bar experience, highlighting wines hailing from the vineyards of Sonoma County and California. This tasting features award-winning wines from across the portfolio, each highlighting the uniqueness of the region.

$35 Light & Lovely (4 whites) or $50 Big & Bold (4 reds) flights

Coppola Property Tour

Join us for a guided tour of the winery! Highlights include the incredible collection of film memorabilia, a tour of the winery grounds, and a peek into our bottling line. Discover where the Coppola family’s passion for wine and film intersects, as we share behind-the-scenes secrets and facts from the film sets and winery, as well as family stories that span decades of filmmaking and winemaking history!

Please note – our bottling line is not open to the public, without a tour experience. As they are working bottling lines that are a part of the winemaking process, they run on a unique schedule and are not always in operation (including most weekends and holiday weeks). The film memorabilia is open to the public for self-guided tours during business hours.

Self-Guided Memorabilia Tour

Explore Francis Ford Coppola and Sofia Coppola’s personal archives of memorabilia, spanning decades of their iconic filmmaking careers. This self-guided tour allows you to stand mere inches from Academy Awards, check out the surfboards from Apocalypse Now, take a photo with Don Corleone’s desk from The Godfather,* and revel in the beauty of an original 1948 Tucker Torpedo car. Most recently added – check out an exclusive first sneak peek from Francis Ford Coppola’s newest film!

The full curated collection of film memorabilia includes pieces from Apocalypse Now, Bram Stoker’s Dracula, The Godfather Trilogy, Tucker: The Man and His Dream, One from the Heart, Marie Antoinette, Francis Ford Coppola’s latest film, and an anthology of historic awards.

Please note – Don Corleone’s desk is on temporary loan to the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles as part of an exhibit. In its place we welcome you to view a limited release display highlighting Francis’s recent addition to the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Pieces include the official plaque, the Letter of Recognition from the City of Lost Angeles, and photographs from the event.

Taste, Discover, Decide.

Ever wondered what goes into crafting the perfect wine? Now’s your chance to get involved!

Join us for the Coppola WineLab—a fun and interactive experience hosted once a month, where you’ll have the opportunity to taste different versions of the same wine, each with its own unique twist. As you sip, you’ll provide feedback on what you enjoy most—whether it’s the type of oak used, the blend of vineyards, or other subtle variations. Your preferences will help guide our winemakers in creating the final blend, making you an essential part of the winemaking process.

Whether you’re here for a tasting, dining at Rustic, or just dropping by, the Coppola WineLab offers a delightful way to spend 15-20 minutes. Available on selected days each month with no reservations needed, it’s a must-do for wine lovers.
