Recipe
Meet Me at Dusk
- 5 oz. Coppola Diamond Prosecco
- 1 oz. Lemoncello
- 1/2 oz. Maple syrup
- Garnish with orange slice, cocktail cherry, and aromatic bitters
Add all ingredients to a collins glass. Top with ice. Dash bitters on top. Garnish with an orange slice and picked cherry.
The Apearitivo
- 4 oz. Coppola Diamond Prosecco
- 1/4 oz. Lime juice
- 1 oz. Pear liqueur
- Garnish with rosemary sprig and candied ginger
Add all ingredients to a double old fashioned or julep glass. Fill with crushed ice. Add garnish.
Eleanor West
- 2 oz. Coppola Diamond Prosecco
- 1 oz. Vodka
- 1/2 oz. Cynar
- 1/2 oz. Elderflower liqueur
- 1/2 oz. Grapefruit juice
- 1/4 oz. Lime juice
- Pinch of salt
- Garnish with grapefruit peel
Add all ingredients except Prosecco to shaking tins. Add ice and shake. Strain into a chilled coupe. Top with Prosecco and garnish.
